few tasks require you to be more present for longer than street photography: always minding how the light and scenery are interacting with those that pass thru it. when the magic happens, when it comes together, if you want to catch it, you must to be ready.

over the past 20 years (or so) I have refined how I carry my camera to most readily catch these fleeting moments. nothing is more flexible than a wrist strap.
